เพื่อส่งเสริมการอ่าน การเรียนรู้ และได้ร่วมพูดคุยกับนักศึกษา และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย และได้นำองค์ความรู้นั้นไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นในรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมศูนย์วิทยบริการ ภายใต้ โครงการห้องสมุดมนุษย์ Human Library ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) เป้าหมายที่ 4: การรักษาคุณภาพการศึกษา มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมการอ่าน การเรียนรู้ ให้แก่นักศึกษา และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย ให้สามารถเข้าถึงเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และได้นำองค์ความรู้นั้นไปใช้ประโยชน์

To promote reading, learning, and to have a conversation with students and staff of the university and to apply that knowledge to various aspects, which is organized in the form of organizing activities of the service center under the Human Library project, which is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 4: Maintaining the quality of education, focusing on promoting reading and learning for students and staff of the university to have access to lifelong learning and to apply that knowledge.
